Terms and Conditions

The online store operating under the domains www.miior.com, www.miior7.com, and www.newmi.com cares about consumer rights. A consumer cannot waive the rights granted under the Consumer Rights Act. Any contract provisions less favourable to the consumer than those provided for by this Act shall be invalid, and the provisions of the Act shall apply instead. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are not intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory legal provisions, and any doubts shall be interpreted in favour of the consumer. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and applicable law, the provisions of law shall prevail.

I. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions mean as follows:

  • Client – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that has legal capacity under the law, placing an Order in the Store.
  • Consumer – an adult natural person with full legal capacity, purchasing a product not directly connected to their professional or business activity. The provisions also apply to a natural person entering into a contract connected with business activity where the contract does not have a professional character.
  • Online Store – websites www.miior.com, www.miior7.com, www.newmi.com.
  • Order – a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Contract.

II. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store available at www.miior.com, www.miior7.com, and www.newmi.com.

  • The Store is operated by Miior 7 Sp. z o.o., ul. Żwirowa 28, 05-506 Wilcza Góra, Poland.
  • Product information constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.
  • Prices displayed are gross (including VAT) unless stated otherwise.

III. Rules for Using the Store

  • Purchases may be made without registration.
  • The user must provide accurate data and comply with the law.
  • It is forbidden to share login details with third parties.

IV. Conclusion of a Sales Contract

  • The Client selects a product, adds it to the cart, completes the order form and confirms the order.
  • A contract is concluded once the Client receives email confirmation.
  • The Client consents to receiving invoices electronically.

V. Delivery

  • Delivery within the EU; outside the EU on request.
  • Delivery time: 4–30 business days unless stated otherwise.
  • Client should check the parcel upon receipt.

VI. Payment

  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayU, Stripe, card payments.
  • Orders unpaid within 5 days may be cancelled.

VII. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumer may withdraw within 14 days without reason.
  • Goods must be returned unused unless necessary to examine functionality.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the Consumer.

VIII. Complaints

  • The Seller is liable for non-conformity with the contract within 2 years of delivery.

IX. Electronic Service Complaints

  • Issues may be reported to contact@miior.com.
  • Response time: up to 14 days.

X. Privacy Policy

  • The controller is Miior 7 Sp. z o.o.
  • Data is processed according to GDPR.

XI. Business Clients

  • Different rules apply to non-consumer Clients.
  • Risk transfers to the Client when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
  • Liability for lost profits is excluded.

XII. Reviews

  • Reviews must be real, lawful and truthful.
  • Fake or purchased reviews are prohibited.

XIII. Final Provisions

  • Disputes with consumers go to ordinary courts.
